                                  深大基坑水力機械與土方機械組合開挖施工技術*

                                  [摘要]深大基坑采用沖土泵送方法開挖時,水力機械與土方機械有多種配合使用的形式,每種形式對應的沖土開挖效率、工作面展開速度、邊角土與基層土開挖方法都有很大差異。通過杭州奧體中心主體育館、游泳館項目實例,介紹了深大基坑使用水力機械與土方機械進行土方開挖與運輸的施工技術,其中較好的組合形式是在開挖斷面上立體布置水力機械與土方機械,達到加大泥漿形成密度,提高出土效率的目的。

                                  Combined Excavation Construction Technology of Hydraulic and Earth-moving Machinery in Large and Deep Foundation Excavation

                                  Abstract: When deep foundation excavation is excavated by soil flushing pumping method, hydraulic machinery and earth moving machinery are used in many ways. The efficiency of soil flushing excavation, the spreading speed of working face, and the excavation methods of corner soil and base soil are very different for each form. This paper introduces the application of hydraulic machinery and earth moving machinery in deep foundation excavation by taking the main gymnasium and natatorium of Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center as examples. The construction technology of earthwork excavation and transportation, in which the better combination form of hydraulic machinery and earthwork machinery is the three-dimensional layout of hydraulic machinery and earthwork machinery on the excavation section, so as to increase the density of mud formation and speed up the excavation efficiency.
