                                  超深TRD工法下基坑逆作法施工對周邊環境影響分析

                                  [摘要] 以上海某超深TRD工法下基坑逆作法開挖為工程背景,建立了基坑開挖對周邊管線的變形影響數值分析模型,并根據現場監測結果對圍護結構變形、地面沉降變形、地下水位變化及周邊管線變形進行系統分析。結果表明:有限元分析及監測結果較為接近,基坑施工對圍護體系的變形及對周邊環境的影響均在規范允許范圍內。圍護體系最大水平變形值為26.4mm,周邊土體最大沉降變形值為22.6mm,南側管線最大沉降變形值為7.08~18.99mm,西側管線最大沉降變形值為6.04~19.03mm,坑外水位最大變化值為地表下600mm,均小于監測報警值。TRD工法的連續性、封閉性、隔水性及穩定性較好且施工深度遠大于常規雙軸及三軸攪拌樁止水帷幕。

                                  Numerical and Monitoring Analysis on Environment of Inverse Foundation Construction By TRD Method

                                  Abstract: Based on Shanghai inverse foundation construction engineering by TRD method, the numerical model of foundation construction impact on pipeline was established. Meanwhile, the horizontal and vertical displacement of enclosure pile, the settlement deformation of road, the groundwater level outside the foundation excavation and the displacement of underground pipeline were analyzed based on construction monitoring data. The results show that: the numerical analysis and monitoring results were relatively close, and the influence of foundation construction on containment system and the surrounding environment were within the controllable range. The maximum horizontal deformation value of the enclosure system was 26.4mm. The maximum settlement deformation value of surrounding soil was 22.6mm. The maximum settlement deformation value of the south side pipeline was 7.08~18.99mm and the west side pipeline was 6.04~19.03mm. The maximum value of the outside water table is 600mm below the surface. All above were less than the monitoring alarm value. TRD method has the advantages of continuity, closure, isolation and stability and the construction depth is far bigger than that of other mixing pile.
