2022世界杯主場館大型鋼構件吊裝高空對接技術*

[摘要]盧賽爾體育場鋼結構壓環共由24段拼裝組成。采取分段吊裝,高空對接安裝的施工方案。每段壓環體型大、質量重,高空對接安裝難度大,焊接質量要求高。選用合理的施工方案是確保壓環順利施工的關鍵。針對施工重點難點,介紹壓環的安裝工藝流程及安裝技術要求。結果表明,盧賽爾體育場壓環的安裝方案及技術要求,滿足施工安全和質量要求,保證了壓環施工的整體進度,可為后續類似大型鋼結構構件的安裝施工提供參考。

Hoisting and High altitude Docking Technology of Large Steel Members of Lusail Stadium for 2022 World Cup

Abstract: The compression ring of Lusail Stadium consists of 24 segments. Lifting segment by segment, high altitude docking installation method was adopted. Each segment has large size, heavy weight, difficulty in installation, high requirement on welding quality. Based on the difficulties,the installation method and technical requirements are discussed. The results confirm that the technology of the hoisting and installation of the compression ring meet the safety and quality requirements, guarantee the construction progress, and can also offer a reference for the installation works of similar large steel members in other project.
