                                  2022世界杯主場館鋼結構卸載施工及監測技術研究*

                                  [摘要]針對2022年卡塔爾世界杯主場館盧賽爾體育場的結構形式特點,制定主體鋼結構的施工方案,對主體鋼結構卸載點進行受力分析,合理優化卸載千斤頂的選型與布置形式。根據卸載模擬計算和應力變形分析結果,將卸載分為6個階段,確定先水平后豎向的卸載順序,并詳細闡述各階段每一步的卸載方法。重點對卸載監測的關鍵技術進行研究,建立了一套涵蓋全站儀、應力計、高精度3D激光掃描儀和直尺的卸載監測方案,并分析各監測點的選取原則以及各監測方法的實施要點。

                                  Unloading and Monitoring Technology of Steel Structure in Lusail Stadium for 2022 World Cup

                                  Abstract: In accordance with the structural characteristics of the Lusail Stadium, the main stadium of Qatar World Cup in 2022, a construction plan for the main steel structure is formulated. The force analysis of the unloading point of the main steel structure is carried out, and the selection and arrangement of unloading jacks are reasonably optimized. According to the results of unloading simulation calculation and stress and deformation analysis, unloading is divided into 6 stages. The unloading sequence from horizontal structure to vertical structure is determined, and the unloading method for each step of each stage is explained in detail. Focusing on the research on the key technologies of unloading monitoring, a set of unloading monitoring programs covering total stations, stress monitors, high precision 3D scanners and rulers are established. Finally, the selection principle of each monitoring point and the key technology of each monitoring method are analyzed.
