                                  [摘要]保證大型復雜鋼結構的高空對接精度是施工的關鍵,依托盧賽爾體育場鋼結構工程,全面分析了鋼結構安裝測量的難點。采用全站儀測量技術將反射貼片作為靶標粘貼在待測控制點上的傳統測量技術,無法滿足鋼結構安裝控制的精度要求,受全站儀測量的局限性及測量精度影響,使用三維激光掃描技術進行鋼結構安裝控制測量。介紹了三維激光掃描技術的工作原理,闡述了三維激光掃描技術的使用流程和點云模型與理論模型擬合比對的方法。三維激光掃描技術應用在鋼結構高空對接中可滿足安裝精度控制要求,擬合結果的可視化效果好,可作為指導現場施工的依據。

                                  Application of Three dimensional Laser Scanning Technology in Large Complex Steel Structure Docking at High Altitude

                                  Abstract: The accuracy control is one of the most important things during high altitude docking of large complex steel structure construction. The difficulties of steel structure installation survey of Lusial Stadium project are analyzed. Currently, the reflective sticker is widely used as a survey target during steel structure installation, but this method has its limitation on the accuracy level. Based on the situation and limitation of this project, the total station, and reflective sticker can not fit for accuracy requirement. The three dimensional laser scanning is chosen to control the accuracy of steel structure installation. In this paper, the working principle and implementation procedure of three dimensional laser scanning are introduced, the method of comparing the scanned point cloud model to the design model is expounded. Through the project practice, it is shown that the three dimensional laser scanning technology can meet the high accuracy requirement in large complex steel structure docking at high altitude. The fitting result is more visually intuitive and can be used as the basis to guide the steel structure installation.
